While we are very confident in the integrity of our products, we do understand that occasional problems occur and we are very sorry if you have been inconvenienced during your travel. Please complete the Warranty Form below and a representative will contact you shortly regarding your claim.

The warranty covers:

  1. Shell cracks or breaks.
  2. Wheels, handles, or telescoping handles malfunction.
  3. Broken zippers.
  4. Other manufacturing defective issues.

The warranty does not cover:

  1. Airlines, hotels, transportation services and others that handle your luggage are responsible for it while it is under their supervision. Should the luggage suffer damage during that period, please contact the responsible party immediately.
  2. Cosmetic Damage – scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, color changes, normal wear and tear (including inner fabric).
  3. Replacement of any non-defective parts in the luggage.
  4. Damage determined by us to be due to intentional abuse, modification, tampering, and/or alteration beyond what could be considered normal handling and use.
  5. No proof of purchase/ receipt/ invoice, or real damaged products.
  6. No serial number provided – 11-digit Serial number shown on a black or white fabric label located inside of luggage on the seam. (You can find graphic illustration in Step1)

Step 1: Before submitting a warranty claim, please gather the following information:

  1. Proof of purchase: Please provide a copy of your receipt, invoice, or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
  2. Product model and serial number: 11-digit Serial number shown on a black or white fabric label located inside of luggage on the seam.
  3. A whole picture of the luggage.
  4. A detailed picture that shows the damaged or dysfunctional part of the luggage.
  5. Description of the issue: Please provide a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing, including when it first occurred and any steps you have taken to resolve it.
  6. (Optional) Hang tag (warranty card) showing the brand name, style#, size of your luggage and the years covered.
  7. Contact information: Make sure to provide your full name, phone number, and email address so that our customer support team can contact you regarding your claim.

Step 2: Please fill out the warranty claim form below:
Once you have the necessary information, please complete our online Warranty Claim Form. Be sure to fill in all required fields and attach any relevant documentation, such as proof of purchase and images or videos of the issue.
Please note receipt and proof of defect are REQUIRED to claim the warranty.

Step 3: Warranty Claim Review:
After you submit your warranty claim, our customer support team will review the information provided and may contact you for additional details or clarification. The review process usually takes 5-7 business days. Once the review is complete, we will determine whether your claim is eligible for warranty coverage and inform you of our decision via email. We reserve the right to decline a warranty claim.

Step 4: Warranty Service:

  1. Repair the product at no cost to you.
  2. Replace the product with a new or refurbished item of equal or greater value.
  3. Issue a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances of the claim.

Shipping and Handling Charge:
Please note that shipping costs for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in the warranty terms and conditions. If we replace your luggage, there’ll be a shipping and handling charge depending on the size. Only US domestic shipping will be offered.
Small 15” to 22” luggage: $25
Medium 23” to 26” luggage: $30
Large 27” to 32” luggage: $35
